Hi, I’m Francine Crawford. I am a Director of Finance by profession, a playwright by passion and now the host of a podcaster called, Autumn Is Here. This podcast is dedicated to supporting caregivers and our aging community.

Storytelling has always been my passion and now I get to use my platform for caregivers to share their stories and connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges.
Behind every caregiver is a story of love, sacrifice and strength. This podcast shines a light on their experiences, the ups, the downs and the new discoveries.

Autumn Is Here engages in important conversations with healthcare professionals, community leaders, caregivers and organizations and through this we share expert insight, resources, support and love. We provide caregivers with ways to navigate their journey with their aging loved one.

Each installment provides much-needed, practical information for seniors and caregivers. Every episode will inspire, inform, educate and connect our caregiving community.

My mission is to encourage families to be more informed and feel supported and less alone on this journey. My hope is that family members get involved with their aging parents before a crisis occurs.

More About the Podcast
Autumn Is Here was birthed out of my personal experience. My mother developed Alzheimer’s and I had no information. Today, my mission is to make people aware of available and necessary services. Many people do not know how to access these services or once they start caregiving, they become overwhelmed. This is why I believe Autumn is Here is so important. I hope that family members begin the conversation about aging with their loved ones and become proactive concerning care. I hope those listeners who are future seniors will start making plans that will allow for a healthy and happy future.
